For the Chorizo Stuffed Yuca Cups

pre fried TIO JORGE® yuca cups

fresh chorizo

chopped cilantro

grated Monterey jack cheese
For the Cilantro Lime Mojo

fresh lime juice
▢

lime zest

Agave nectar

Instructions
For the Chorizo Stuffed Yuca Cups
Combine chorizo, cilantro and cheese.
Place 1 oz. of mixture into each yuca cup.
Place into preheated 350° F oven.
Cook for 12-15 min or until chorizo is at an internal temperature of 165° F.
For the Cilantro Lime Mojo
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Puree for 1 minute.
