
Turkey Burger Lunchbox with Yuca Puffs

• Pre-Heat grill to medium-high (350° to 400°)
• Combine first 7 ingredients. (do not over work the mixture)
• Shape mixture into 4 equal-size patties.
• Place the patties on the grill, cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in center.
• Grill buns, cut sides down, 2 minutes or until toasted.
• Serve burgers on buns, top with sliced avocado.
• Serve.
• Pre-heat oven to 400 °F. Grease bottom of baking sheet generously with vegetable oil.
• Arrange frozen fries in a single layer. Bake to a light golden brown, approximately for 12 minutes.
• Season to taste.
