BIG BANANA green plantain mash

c.
pork cracklings
cut into ¼ to ½ chunks

T.
butter
2
tsp.
of mashed and chopped fresh garlic
Salt & pepper
¼- ½
c.
of chicken or vegetable broth
Instructions
In a bowl place green plantain mash and defrost in the microwave for 2 minutes or until warm.
Add butter, mashed garlic and pork cracklings and mix well.
Add enough broth to moisten lightly.
Serving Suggestion
Serve hot with traditional Pulled Pork.
