Smoked Salmon

Hard Boiled Eggs Grated

Instructions
Lime Sour Cream
Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Smoked Salmon
Place salmon, grated hardboiled egg, chives, cucumber and lime sour cream into a bowl.
Gently mix together into a salad.
Assemble
Place Salmon salad into a medium sized ring mold (3” in diameter).
Press until mixture is evenly spread in the center of a 10” round plate.
Place 5 pieces of Yuca Croutons on top of Smoked Salmon Salad.
Garnish with Picked Dill and a Lime Wedge.
