Position Summary
TheĀ Private Brand CoordinatorĀ provides day-to-day structure and executional support for MIC Foodās private brand business. This role bridges communication between brokers, customers, internal teams, and the Director of Private Brands Sales ā Retail Chains, ensuring that opportunities are captured, tracked, and advanced through the sales cycle.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and enjoys organizing information to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Support
- Maintain CRM accuracy and follow up on new leads from trade shows, broker partners, and the Director of Private Brands Sales.
- Track private brand opportunities, meetings, and next steps in Salesforce.
- Coordinate sample requests, pricing sheets, and follow-up materials.
- Support brokers with sales tools and communication templates.
Data and Process Management
- Maintain the master lead tracker and PLMA contact capture sheets.
- Organize and update pricing, pack formats, and lead-time documentation.
- Support creation of customer presentations and data summaries.
- Assist in compiling post-show and quarterly pipeline reports.
Cross-Functional Support
- Serve as point of contact for scheduling, document control, and information flow for the private brand business.
- Partner with operations to confirm product availability, load timing, and supply status.
- Liaise with multiple departments on new-item setup, terms, and vendor-onboarding steps.
Key Attributes
- Exceptionally organized and proactive communicator.
- Detail-driven; able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong Excel and CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Comfortable interacting with brokers and customers in a professional, responsive manner.
- Interest in the private brand, CPG, grocery, or frozen-food sectors.
- High integrity, accountability, and reliability with follow-through.
