  • 1 case Golden Sweet Potato (Boniato) Fries
  • 30 C Poblano-Corn Salsa Prepared
  • 120 Whole Grain Flour Tortillas 1oz Each (2 Tortillas/Serving)
  • 60 Units Milk
  • 60 Packets Avocado Ranch Dressing
  • Red Quinoa Optional for topping
  • Avocado Slices Optional for topping


Prepare Golden Sweet Potato Fries

  • Pre-heat oven to 375°F
  • Place the Golden Sweet Potato Fries on a large sheet pan
  • Bake for 6-10 minutes, until heated through


  • Place 4-5 Golden Sweet Potatoes Fries in a warmed flour tortilla, top with 1/2 C jalapeño corn-quinoa Pico.
  • Serve with avocado ranch dressing
  • Optional: top with sliced avocado and quinoa
