Tri-Color Sweet Potato Fries with Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 1 case United Flavors® Tri-Color Sweet Potato Fries (UF0280)
  • 180 units Chicken nuggets Prepared
  • 5 lbs Shredded romaine or green leaf lettuce
  • 7.5 lbs Cherry tomatoes (red & yellow mix)
  • 60 packets Barbeque sauce
  • 60 units Mandarins Optional for side

Preparation

Prepare Tri-Color Sweet Potato Fries

  • Pre-heat oven to 375°F
  • Place the Tri-Color Sweet Potato Fries on a large sheet pan.

Assemble

  • Add 2 tacos to each tray. Fill each taco shell with seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Bake for 6-10 minutes, until heated through.
