Restaurant use – Commercial Deep Fryers: Preheat enough oil at 350 °F (176 °C). Place up to 1 lb. of cheese bites. Do not overload basket and carefully lower basket into hot oil. Fry for 3-4 minutes. Do not overcook. Transfer the fried yuca cheese bites to a paper towel-lined plate to drain off the excess oil.
